I just paired a neon crew with high waist shorts and a braided belt. You like?

My Style Idol
There are so many celebrities out there with amazing fashion sense. One celebrity that I am greatly influenced by is Lauren Conrad. Everywhere she goes, she is never out of fashion. I love her style and her variety in her outfits. She knows how to pair everything together and keep a modest, classy look. Her style is very pretty and feminine and she can also go a bit edgy without having a masculine effect. She is my style idol and I am constantly being influenced by her style when I am making outfits. I hope she can be an influence on you too!

Get a Move On and Buy Some Neon
Latest fashion statement? Neon! I am absolutely in love with the color pop neon gives this year. You always stand out wearing neon. My favorite neon color to experiment with is definitely neon green. It's springy and very different. Recently I have paired high-waist black shorts with a neon green three quarter sleeve sweatshirt. I loved this outfit and got many compliments on it. I am definitely adding more neon to my wardrobe! So point of post: Neon=instant fashion statement.

Drama
I know my blog is mostly on fashion but with all that happens, I just wanted to mention something. Some people like to start drama and haters are gonna hate. But don't EVER give them the satisfaction of getting to you. cuz really it's not worth it..they aren't worth it. If they laugh at your style..let them laugh cuz one day you'll be known for expressing yourself and they wont be. So "never mind what haters say ignore them til they fade away"

Jean Jackets are Back In!
Jean jackets are totally boho this year! You can pair them with sundresses or with a cute dark wash pair of jeggings. I personally love how Miranda Kerr wore this jean jacket in this picture.
Miranda wears this jean jacket in street style. She pairs it with a simple white collared long-sleeved shirt and dark wash jeggings. She accessorizes her outfit with a cute straw hat and adorable shades. She wears ankle cowboy boots on her feet. Boots can be worn year round, especially this year. Her outfit is cute and definitely in style. Jean jackets are coming back so add them to your wardrobe-PRONTO!

Wide legged Jeans
I must admit, when I saw wide-legged jeans were coming back, I was disappointed. I was never a fan of the flare jeans I used to wear when I was little. I had moved on to skinnies and was never going back. Until, my private school banned skinny jeans on our casual days (we wear uniforms). I had to change my usual style and wear a wider legged jean. To be frank, they were cute! These jeans can work with shirts and shoes that skinny jeans can't. If your an athlete and want to wear sneakers you can hide them under these jeans. Also, these jeans make you appear taller. They are good for giving you an extra boost of height by wearing heels or wedges with them. The wide leg hides the shoe, so no one has to know how tall the heel is. Also, I paired these light wash jeans with a coral colored crop shirt and wore a white cami under it. Crop tops look amazing with these jeans. Something I want to try is pairing a tiered tank with white wide legged jeans for a spring or summer look. So point of blog: Do not fear trying wide-legged jeans. Have an amazing weekend!
