Beach Waves

What is the most effortless summer hairstyle yet? Beach Waves! And guess what? No matter where you are, beach waves are always in. So how do you get this adorable tousled look? Well, there are a couple of ways.
1. If you're at the beach, dive in a wave with your hair down and comb. Haha salt water is amazing at creating beachy waves.
2. If you're at home and don't wanna use heat, braid your hair in pigtails and sleep in them. Wake up, take the braids out, and BAM. Beach waves! (brush them out for a softer look)
3. If you are comfortable using heat, follow the steps in #2 then use a 3 barrel waver for a boho beach wave look.
Choose the method you want to use and have fun making those adorable beachy waves this summer! Keep viewing for more and please style 4 awhile!

Easy to Do Updos

There are those days when you wake up, look in a mirror and your hair looks like the twister from the Wizard of Oz took you. I know I do. I wake up to Medusa, not Hayley. Well, on those days I put my hair in updos. I get bored with the ponytail and ballerina bun. I try to spice them up a bit.
Here are some styles to try:

1) French Braid- Simple, classy cute look
2) Bohemian Messy Bun- Such a cute look. So easy to do!

3) Flip Side Ponytail- Simple and very summery! haha(:

Put your hair in a low side pony tail.
Separate the hair above the elastic to make an opening.
Take the pony tail and flip it into the opening.
Tighten the elastic and VOILA.

I hope these styles help you!! Numbers 2&3 accredited to stilababe09 and krazyrayray on Youtube.
Happy Summer!

Anybody Else Love White Purses?

One of the accessories I want the most right now is a white bag. They go with everything and they are very girly. My style is very girly. I love pastels! I think a white shoulder bag or cross body will be the finishing touch on any of my outfits. I might go studded or keep it simply white. I don't know I just need one of these bags. What do you think?

1. White and Mint Green- This pastel combination is perfectly springy and summery and very cute.

2. Black and Brights- There's nothing like contrasting black with bright bold colors!
3. Pink/Peach/Coral and White- This is a girly combination that is just sweet and classy.

I hope these color combos help you when choosing outfits and remember to style 4 awhile!

Dream Out Loud

What's your opinion on Selena Gomez's clothing line? Mine? I love it! Kmart was never a place of interest to me until Selena's line came out. The line is affordable, but not cheaply made. It is very cute and you can use the different pieces to make an outfit your own. I love how you can build a wardrobe off of it without emptying your wallet! I always have a budget when I shop and I am able to buy more than one of Selena's items when I go to Kmart. Her summer line does not disappoint. It incorporates the latest spring and summer styles so that every item is "in" but you don't have to pay as much. Please check out Selena's Dream Out Loud line and tell me your opinion on it! (;

Join the TOms Craze?

Toms shoes are very trendy lately. They are simple and comfy, yet extremely stylish. These shoes can be paired with jeans, shorts, skirts, even dresses! They are available in solid colors, exotic prints, and glitters. Today, I purchased a pair of silver glittery Toms at Zumies and I am in love. The best part is, by buying a pair of toms, another pair is given to a person in need. So it's fashion for a good cause. What could be better? So would you like to join the Tom's craze? Try a pair, you won't regret it.

Saving for summer?

It's summer vacation for me starting Monday and I'm gonna shop til I drop this summer. Yet, I don't wanna burn a giant hole in my pocket! That's why I am writing today about smart summer shopping. In order to be a good shopper, you want to make a list of items that you will get a lot of use out of.( such as shoes, jewelry, sweatshirts, short sleeve shirts, jackets). These are the items you can splurge on. Also, when you are shopping, make sure you start at the cheaper stores or the stores with good sales. I always start at Forever 21, work my way to Charlotte Russe, try H&M, then hit Hollister, Aeropostale, Delia's, JcPenney, Target(yes Target),etc. always look at bargains and read them carefully. Think before you buy. Ask yourself: DO I need this? Am I gonna wear this a lot? Is this gonna be appropriate for school next year? Also, try to buy clothes that will work for both summer ware but can be put together in an outfit for school next year. These key things will help you be a smart summer shopper.
Happy Spending!
